Cancellation Policy

At Apollo Fruit Products, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel orders or modify your supply agreements. This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines our procedures for canceling orders and agreements for our general manufacturing and trade or retail supplier services for fruits and vegetables products, including sauces, vinegar, pickles, juices, and related items (collectively referred to as “Products”). Please review this Policy to understand our cancellation process.

1. Order Cancellation

1.1. Cancellation Deadline: Suppliers may request to cancel an order within a reasonable timeframe before the scheduled delivery date. The specific cancellation deadline will be outlined in your supply agreement or purchase order.

1.2. Cancellation Request: To cancel an order, Suppliers must submit a written cancellation request to Apollo Fruit Products, specifying the order details, including the order number and reason for cancellation.

1.3. Approval: Apollo Fruit Products will review the cancellation request and may approve or deny it based on various factors, including but not limited to the order’s status, production progress, and the impact of cancellation on both parties.

1.4. Cancellation Charges: Depending on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation, Apollo Fruit Products may apply cancellation charges, such as restocking fees or other costs incurred as a result of the cancellation. These charges will be communicated to the Supplier.

2. Supply Agreement Modification or Termination

2.1. Modification: If a Supplier wishes to modify the terms of a supply agreement, such as quantity, delivery schedule, or pricing, a written request for modification must be submitted to Apollo Fruit Products. The approval of modifications is subject to mutual agreement.

2.2. Termination: Either party may request the termination of a supply agreement by providing written notice, subject to any obligations under the existing agreement. The notice period and termination conditions will be outlined in the supply agreement.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Refunds: If a cancellation is approved, and a refund is applicable based on the cancellation conditions, Apollo Fruit Products will process the refund in accordance with the agreed-upon terms and timelines.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

4.1. Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, unforeseeable events, or circumstances beyond the control of either party, the cancellation policy may be adjusted to accommodate the situation. Both parties will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact of such circumstances.
